My art prints are personally produced by me in my studio from high resolution scans of my originals. I use a professional fine art printer and 100% cotton rag, heavyweight 300gsm paper. Each print is inspected for quality and hand signed on the back before sending.
ABOUT THE KINGFISHER PRINT
The plumage of a kingfisher is a spectacular study in blues - from bright shades of aqua to beautiful sapphire, vivid azure and deepest ultramarine. Finding shades of blue bright enough to capture the these colours was a challenge with this one... I had to unearth various tubes of paint that don't usually see the light of day very often!
In this painting, my aim was to capture the freshness and colours of an early morning in spring.
