SHIPPING
Dispatch Times
Orders are shipped within 2 business days. (This excludes commissions, which usually have a timeframe of 2-3 weeks.)
Shipping Within New Zealand - Flat Rate
Urban $7; Rural $12
Orders are sent via courier post (no signature required). Estimated shipping time is 1-2 business days but occasionally longer depending on your location, postal delays etc. Online tracking available.
Standard (untracked) shipping for $4.50 is also available for some small, flat items such as prints. Estimated delivery: 3-6 business days.
International Shipping
AUSTRALIA, UK, US & CANADA: Delivery cost is weight and size based and will be calculated during checkout after you enter your address.
N.B. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
OTHER COUNTRIES:
I can send to most other countries on request - please contact me before purchase for a quote.
International delivery estimates:
Standard airmail: 5-15 business days.
International courier: 5-10 business days.
Overseas shipping can occasionally take longer due to postal disruptions, customs etc. so please allow for delays.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment on my website is by credit/debit card via secure checkout. Transactions are SSL protected and your information is securely transmitted during the processing of your payment.
If you'd like to pay through Paypal please contact me and I can set you up an invoice with a payment link.
PACKAGING
Each work of art will be carefully and securely packaged to prevent any damage in the post. I use eco friendly and recycled materials whenever possible. If the purchase is a gift, I can send directly to the recipient with a note from the sender if requested. Gift wrapping is available for $5.
RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to me within 30 days of receipt, provided it is returned in the same condition it arrived, and you will be refunded in full (payment of return shipping depends on reason for return).
PRIVACY
Any personal information and details given by you during the course of an order will treated as strictly confidential and will be used only for purposes related to fulfilling that order or for managing access to your account. Your email address will only be used to notify you of the progress of your order, and never for any advertising purposes, unless requested by you.

If for any reason the sale of a commissioned piece is not completed, the artist reserves the right to reproduce sell and/or reproduce the original work.
